Systems Architecture

We can work with you to understand your requirements and design a solution that will meet and exceed your expectations. The output of this work is clear written documentation of your requirements and design, including a high level architectural overview. We can write a software requirements document, enabling you to engage with a software developer (or you can entrust the whole project to us). We can also develop and document a network and hardware design including a complete bill of materials, logical and physical diagrams and configurations to give you a home to run your online business.

Technology Audit

If you already have a design but you're not sure what you're missing, we'd be happy to give you an extra set of eyes to give things a once over (and spend some quality time with your staff, explaining our findings and recommendations).

Systems Integration

Where your chosen solution is to be implemented from a number of disparate pre-existing solutions we can plan and implement an integration program to get your isolated systems to work together as a cohesive whole. This work can range from simple configuration of appliances through to custom software development and redesign of your business processes (or modifications to the existing solution to match your preferred processes).

Implementation

When it comes to physical implementation, we have staff on the ground across the Eastern seaboard of Australia (and we're happy to travel if you need us to). We can also utilise our network of partners to make sure that when you need to roll your systems out, they're delivered in a professional manner with clear documentation of how the systems were built to reduce the pain when you (or someone else) need to touch the systems in the future. We can advise you on site selection or provide competitive rates on complete hosted solutions.

Operations and Monitoring

Eventually, something is going to break. Nobody likes to get that 4am phone call but if your system is down and you need to know about it, we can assist you. We can provide you with an outsourced operations centre that can implement pre-designed operational procedures, or escalate to you in case of an unexpected issue. We'll work with you to design and implement monitoring systems to make sure that the right people know when something has gone wrong, and to document your operations procedures so that they will know what to do, how and when.
